I started out in the Travel Industry as a school leaver working in retail travel as an apprentice. After gaining qualifications in Travel Services and Travel Management I enjoyed a long and happy career helping customers plan holidays with a focus on providing customer satisfaction. During my career I have travelled extensively throughout Europe, the Caribbean, the USA and more recently the Far East.

I love sharing my knowledge about family breaks, honeymoons and tailor made itinerary's especially to one of my favourite destinations, Thailand.
